Store Policy
High-Tech offers exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase date with receipt. Store Credits issued are valid for 180 days. Special/Custom Orders and Clearance Merchandise are final sale. Returns may be done in-store or via registered mail or courier. Charges on returns are the responsibility of the customer. All purchases are subject to applicable taxes.

Shipping Charges
Shipping Charges are based on packaged dimensions and weights and linked directly to Canada Post, Purolator and UPS online calculators. These calculators present you with a selection of shipping rates ensuring the best possible rate for your purchase. If you are not presented with a shipping rate upon checkout, call us, as an alternate courier will be used to complete your purchase. Shipping charges are subject to applicable taxes. USA customers are subject to applicable customs fees.

Privacy Policy
Protecting your personal privacy is important to us. All customer information will be kept in strict confidence and used solely by High-Tech to complete orders, answer inquires or for promotional purposes only. We do not buy, sell or trade customer information with any individual or organization. However, we will cooperate with law enforcement agencies if required to do so by law or if illegal activity compromises customer information.

Warranties
